Visiting a mechanic, especially one you haven’t used before, can be quite concerning. You don’t know much about cars, so you’re worried that they’ll take you for a ride with technical jargon. They also might know enough to spin your head with some techno-gibberish and write you the invoice, but not enough to actually service your car properly. There’s also the fact that you don’t know how much work has really been done on your vehicle, or what parts are used. In a nutshell, dealing with mechanics is mind boggling.
And because it’s mind boggling and at times a complex experience, you end up putting it off until you really need it, and by that point, the repairs needed are usually dire, putting unnecessary strain on your wallet…
Here at EBDC Auto-Technics, we recognise these concerns and have built our core philosophy around minimizing the hassle you have to go through. We always speak to you in plain english about your car, and no work is ever carried out without your informed consent. We want your invoice to be a confirmation of what we’ve already discussed, not a nasty surprise!
Our workshop is fully fitted out with the special service tools, equipment, premium genuine and aftermarket parts, oils and lubricants required to give each and every car that visits us service on par with dealerships. Our managing director is a hands-on mechanic with extensive experience working in dealer operations for Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Ford and more, both overseas and locally.
He also passes on his skills to the next generation as an RTO and TAFE instructor whose skills are recognised on a global level, having worked as an Automotive Expert and Coach in the WorldSkills Competition in Japan. Being a trainer, he is always up to date with industry news and you can enjoy peace of mind when you bring in your vehicle as his plethora of skills, knowledge and experience is unrivaled.
